A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program aims to prevent the breakdown or failure of equipment before it actually occurs. This provides uninterrupted operation of your processing and can increase the lifespan of your machinery and equipment.

All Autopak contracts are unique to our customers.

Thermal Quality Control

A full hermal check of your machines can highlight worn mechanical and electrical components to identify changes in states and/or temperatures. Catching a fault before requiring a repair could reduce your downtime to ZERO

Preventative Maintenance 

Simple yet effective. General preventative maintenance activities can avoid unnecessary machine breakdowns. Our experts will go through each and every mechanical and electrical component in order to give your machine the 'all clear'

Technical Cleaning

The process of cleaning a machine may sound simple, however, Autopak engineers will go through your machine touching every individual part with extended expertease spotting the smallest of discolouring, damages and/or broken parts. From blocked air pipes to worn seals, our engineers will highlight it all.

Extraction Inspection

Autopak can provide certification in accordance to BESA TR19 standards for inspection and cleaning of extraction systems. The smallest amount of lint/dust within an extraction system can and will hold condensed steam (water) and cause the extraction to rust, causing an unnecessary health and safety hazard.

Training

Autopak training program provides different levels of training to your selected staff. Operator training for general operation of the machinery and quality control. Technical training for competent individuals to be able to fault find upon general breakdown of the machinery, operator level training and Autopak team direct contact phone number. Advanced training for all operation, repair and fault diagnosis the machinery may face (individual must have an engineering background and/or qualification)

Autopak will issue certification of training after the individual has passed a common situation practical examination.

Report and Certification

Upon completion of every visit, Autopak will issue a service report highlighting the full findings and process undertaken in the service activity. This document is essential for maintenance records, and future servicing, this is why Autopak goes the extra mile on every visit. 

Certification for training and service activities will be provided and updated.
