Hanging Conveyor Systems
Clip Conveyor
Conveyor system designed to transport hanging garments/items WITH the capability of storage. Once the conveyor is full, the clip will lift and ride over the hanger.
Pin Conveyor
Conveyor system designed for controlled transportation. The gap between each pin can carry up to 5 hangers or can be controlled by synchronization, allowing only 1 hanger between each pin at a 1:1 ratio. These conveyors can be stop/start or continuously active depending on your needs. Switches and off-loads can be added for destination routing.
Trolly Conveyor
Conveyor designed to carry batches of garments. For example, this could be garment size, type, colour OR different customers.
'Up and Down' Systems
Conveyor designed to transport garments/items up or down from different floor levels. This can be either a single conveyor controlled by a 'up or down' control box OR two conveyors, one for up and one for down.
Item Bag Conveyor
Conveyor designed for hanging and flat garments management to allow optimize product management in a micro-fulfillment and multi-channel perspective. Simply place a item/product into the bag sleeve for warehouse transportation to its required address.
Ladder Conveyor
Conveyor designed to carry single or multiple hanging garments/items to a SPECIFIC identified location. Each ladder section can be programmed to have a SET destination drop off.
