Flat Conveyor Systems

We offer various solutions of internal transport systems: conveyor belts, chain systems, rollers and roller conveyors.

We have the total package of standard conveyors and we develop customized systems. The use of standard components ensures maximum freedom and flexibility in the design. This means that you can make adjustments or maintenance quickly, easily and cost-effectively. For example, we adapt existing systems or expand where necessary. We take care of every order from quotation to installation on site. Our conveyors are active in various sectors such as product waste removal, automotive, logistics, E-commerce and pallet delivery.

Over - Under Conveyor

An installation that automatically moves stored boxes from the first floor to the ground floor. A tailor-made internal transport system that seriously prunes in working hours. This installation does the same amount of work as four (!) full-time operators.

Incline Conyover

A conveyor belt can be provided with carriers or high-friction belt material to ensure that the products do not roll down or slide. We offer the option of placing an aluminium or stainless steel feed and or discharge funnel on the conveyor belt in which the products are collected.

Mezzanine Floor Conyover

Designed to transport items such as boxes, crates and containers up and/or down a mezzanine floor. This can also include buffers, enclosures and ladder for additional safety.

Curved Conveyors

Curved conveyors are used when the products on the conveyor belts have to change their path, as part of the internal transport that has to supply or remove products. Unlike switching mats, a conveyor belt cannot simply make a bend in the route. You then move from the straight section to a bend of 30° to a maximum of 180°.

Delivery Sortation Conveyor

The conveyor is divided into three zones where materials are picked. For their bins they use the colours red, yellow or blue, depending on the zone. Once the materials have been collected, an overhead roller conveyor transports the bins to the packers.

When the bins are empty, the packers put them away on the bottom lane. Our transport systems contain the intelligence to know where each bin should go. We also designed and delivered the packing tables and associated racks to store boxes.

Vertical Transport Conveyor

Vertical transport offers the solution for transporting products to a height. AUTOPAK provides various forms of vertical transport. The choice is mainly based on necessary capacity and available floor space. With higher capacity, continuous systems are chosen. Discontinuous units are used for lower numbers and limited installation dimensions. For example, these systems can be in the corner of the building and provide logistics to the whole warehouse.
